Minling Lotus Garden joyfully announces that His Eminence Dzigar Kongtrul Rinpoche will bestow the reading transmission (lung) and brief commentary of the Dzöd Dün (the Seven Treasuries of the Omniscient One, Longchen Rabjampa) at Minling Lotus Garden from August 15th to 21st, 2024. This series of transmissions will be ongoing and will continue in the coming years.
This extraordinary exposition of the Seven Treasuries of Longchen Rabjampa are known as seven of the greatest teachings on the Dzogpa Chenpo path. Receiving the Seven Treasuries is a rare once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to connect with the profound realization of this great master.
In 2023, Minling Jetsün Khandro Rinpoche and Minling Jetsün Dechen Paldrön requested His Eminence Dzigar Kongtrul Rinpoche to begin bestowing the lung and commentary of the Seven Treasuries to the Lotus Garden sangha, and Rinpoche kindly agreed. These transmissions are part of the ongoing Lotus Garden Practice Intensive Retreat, however students who are not part of the Practice Intensive Retreat may receive the transmission by making a formal request.
The sangha of Minling Lotus Garden joyfully looks forward to receiving these most profound transmissions from His Eminence, who, with great kindness, continues to bestow profound blessings on the sangha.
